Free financial support from Wigan CouncilWigan Council has put together a package of real financial help for SMEs based in the borough and we were pleased to be selected to help deliver their Access to Finance Programme. As well as providing access to a business loan of up to £50,000 on favourable terms, the programme offers a Financial Health Check, which aims to help business owners recognise what they can do to improve their business’s profitability and realise their plans for growth. It is hoped that the programme will encourage businesses to thrive and grow in Wigan, thus improving the local economy. We think this is a great opportunity for owners of small businesses in Wigan and one which recognises their importance.
